The job of the Program Manager is to work cross-functionally within VOCES, to ensure all Programs function properly, have adequate support and are making an impact. Plan, direct, and oversee Voces Programs. Work with administration to ensure that staff and operations are functioning at high levels and in accordance with Voces’ Mission.
The Community Connections Advocate provides support to the Community Connections program by providing trusted and strength-based supportive services and programs to Latino/Hispanic families in the Greater Battle Creek Area in order to ensure that families have access to the resources they need to promote family and child well-being.
