“Supporting Healthier Families, Stronger Communities”

Bridges of Wellbeing

Bridges of Wellbeing is a community program developed by Voces that connects vulnerable individuals and families in the greater Battle Creek area with resources and services that address the Social Determinants of Health (SDOH). The program is designed to promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being by helping community members access the support they need to thrive.

Through community partnerships, personalized resource navigation, advocacy, and preventative education, Bridges of Wellbeing helps individuals and families overcome barriers related to healthcare, housing, food security, transportation, education, employment, and other essential needs. By strengthening connections between residents and community resources, the program works to improve access to services, reduce health disparities, and advance health equity for vulnerable populations.

Together, we are building stronger bridges to wellness, opportunity, and a healthier future for our community.
